This Privacy Policy explains how INNOVARE LOGYC, LDA ("INNOVARE", "we", "us") processes personal data through the TigoFitness mobile application (the "App") and related services (the "Services"). Payment data: payments are made by card via payment processors. We do not store your full card details; we store only the token generated by the payment processor and transaction status information necessary to manage your subscription.

6. Error reporting (Sentry)
We use Sentry for error and crash reporting in the mobile App to help diagnose issues and improve stability. This processing is carried out on the basis of our legitimate interests (to maintain and improve the App). Where possible, we avoid sending unnecessary personal data to Sentry.

Our professionals delivering the Services (e.g., nutrition and training professionals), where necessary to provide your personalised plans.
Service providers (processors) that help us operate the App (e.g., EU hosting/infrastructure providers) and technical diagnostics (Sentry).
